CONDITIONING

A process of learning that starts at birth and continues throughout our lives. It’s fundamental to our ability to navigate through the physical world. We learn to follow the rules of behaviour in the culture that dominates our upbringing. For example, putting our knife and fork together on the plate after eating, or excusing ourselves when leaving a meeting or the dinner table.

We are also conditioned by the memes that infect our minds.  Ideas, beliefs, and assumptions that we inherit about the world, some of which may limit our potential and create unhelpful barriers to our happiness and fulfillment.
