 Regenerative leadership is an emerging approach that will be needed to thrive in a VUCA World.  It looks at whole system change to secure ownership  from the bottom-up. This restores, protects and enhances relationships to balance the needs of customers, society and the environment. It has a moral purpose, rewarding engagement, mutual respect and leadership responsibility. It focuses on enabling teams to self-organise their work closer to the community they serve and integrate their functions within a networked system.
