STRATEGY

A strategy from an ontological standpoint is not about coordinating actions, it’s what goes into the practices that enable the actions to happen and be coordinated. Being strategic is about creating the conditions for effective conversations that would generate understanding to make better choices and decisions.  This is what makes a strategic leader, someone who gets other to own the outcomes and develop the skills needed to produce and coordinate the actions and the commitment to deliver them on time to an agreed standard.
