My leadership and coaching experience

My journey in leadership was gained in a diverse range contexts, in the public, private and voluntary sectors. I have faced the challenges of change in a diverse range human systems. I have led and coached managers, community leaders and change agents to transform their own and other people’s lives and addressed wicked organiational problems. This involved  community and economic development initiatives in both rural and urban environments around the UK and abroad. I have built strong collaborative relationships in political and business contexts by finding common ground through shared cares. The task has been to influence and support people to negotiate their offers and requests. This approach engaged all party’s to take care of their shared concerns.
