CHANGE AGENT

A change agent is someone who intervenes in a project or process to help produce a desired effect. This interaction can generate order from chaos or enhance security with the development of new rules our routines. They can also disrupt routines to promote learning from unpredictable outcomes or unintended consequences.  This causes a shift in a frame of reference that promotes new thinking, new distinctions and sensemaking.
