VUCA

VUCA is an acronym that stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Taken together they characterise the nature of difficult conditions and situations in the world. There is nowhere to hide. Communication is instant, information is abundant and the result is making relationships disruptive. The climate change emergency has exacerbated the problem. Our attitudes to life and leadership need to be transformed if we are to get the actions and results we are looking for.
